P.E.T.S. is dedicated to making your loved ones' travel experience a comfortable one by only utilizing ground transportation.  This removes the stress and anxiety of air travel, which is very traumatic and unpleasant for your pets.

Our FIRST concern at P.E.T.S. is the comfort and safety of your pets, as we're sure yours is.  Therefore we DO NOT utilize cargo air transportation. With our "Personal Touch" you may contact our driver any time, night or day during the trip. Before departing you will be provided the cell phone number of your driver.  Our drivers are true animal lovers and regularly talk to your pets during the trip.  This keeps them with the experience of Human Contact. For example, it is a P.E.T.S. policy to walk dogs at least every 3 hours during the trip.
 

Pet Express Transport Services has moved many pets across this nation without medical incident, however all of P.E.T.S. drivers have 24 hour access to on call veterinarian services.
