    In keeping with "Keeping It Simple", P.E.T.S. provides everything (except food) for your pets' comfort such as Water, Bedding, Bowls, Litter Pans, Cat Litter etc. at no additional charge!

    P.E.T.S. is intent on keeping the transporting of your pets simple and hassle free. We keep it simple by offering two transport package types - a Private Family Transport and a Multi Family Transport.

Multi Family Transport:
    Multi Family Transport is: Different pets from different families sharing some portion of the same trip (transport).

    The total cost for the Transport of your pet includes 1) Care and Handling, and 2) per mile surcharge. The "Multi Family" Care and Handling fee can be easily determined by using the chart below. The "per mile" surcharge is based on a nationwide average of fuel costs.  As of January, 2010 for example, the per mile cost is just 15 cents.

    In both packages we ensure that your pet's transport experience will be a happy, safe and secure one. For example, in Multi Family Transports we keep each family's pet(s) separated and visually shielded.  In this way, your kitty (for example) won't have his or her crate entry facing a dogs crate entry.

Discounts:
    Military personnel and Rescue organizations will be extended discounts with proper credentials. We also have a multi pet discount available for both multi family and private transport.

Multi Family Transport Note:
    When considering Multi Family Transport, please keep in mind that along with cost savings, comes the need for flexibility (on your part) for "scheduling" the Transport. For any questions or more information, please call or visit our Contact Page.

Please keep in mind when selecting a crate size (below), to measure your pet from the floor to natural head height - and then add a few inches for comfort zone.

At the time you schedule your transport P.E.T.S.will require a $100.00 deposit to secure the dates you choose. If your situation changes and you need to reschedule we will accommodate these changes without penalty to you. However In the event you reschedule your transport 10 days or less prior to your transport date that you chose a 5% rescheduling fee will apply. Cancellations up to 1 week prior to your transport being DISPATCHED FROM ITS' BASE OF ORIGIN will result in a 8% cancellation fee of the total transport cost. Once transport has been dispatched from its' base of origin, cancellation will result in absolutely no refund.

Full payment must be received and approved 7 days prior to your pets transport.

Credit Card, Certified Check, Money Order and Personal checks are all acceptable forms of payment.

P.E.T.S. welcomes Personal check, however we require 10 business day's prior to your pet transport to allow funds to post.
